How to Register

Participants are advised to register in advance to receive the pre-registration discount.

  • Student: Applicants for student rates must send a scanned copy of their valid enrollment status or student identity card in ENGLISH. It must also be presented on-site when collecting the registration material.
  • Accompanying persons are spouses and significant others only. Colleagues and associates within the industry should register under the REGULAR category.

* The congress banquet and lunches are not included in any registration fees.

Method of Payment

  1. Online Credit Card Payment: You can pay online with a fully secured e-commerce payment system.
  2. Bank Wire Transfer
    • Payments should be transferred to the following bank accounts. All bank charges are the responsibility of the applicant.
    • The transfer must be in the registrant’s name and must be stated on the receipt.
    • A copy of the receipt of the bank remittance should be sent to the IVC-20 secretariat by e-mail or fax.

Confirmation of Registration

  • An automatic confirmation email will be sent to you upon completion of registration. Registrants can check the status of registration and payment at ‘MY PAGE’ after logging onto the online registration system.
  • The receipt of registration fee will be available for download after your payment is confirmed by the IVC-20 secretariat.

Letter of Invitation

Registrants are able to download the invitation letter from "My Page" from the online registration page. To request an official invitation letter, participants must first complete the registration process. In order to receive a hard copy of the invitation letter, a requester should pay USD 30 for postage to the secretariat in advance. Application Form

  • Registration does not guarantee a visa grant to an applicant.
  • IVC-20 will not issue guarantee letters under any circumstances to participants for visa purposes. If you need any other documents, please contact the secretariat (info@ivc20.com).

Cancellation & Refund Policy

All refunds will be processed after the completion of IVC-20. All processing fees will be deducted from the refund.
  • Up to June 30, 2016: $60 administrative costs will be deducted from the registration fee.
  • From July 1, 2016: No refunds will be given.
